After studying at university with a bachelor in industrial engineering I boarded the Sofigate train as an associate consultant in the fall of '17. As a new associate I work alongside my colleagues in projects, supporting our clients and whilst doing so, learning the trade and know hows of my main focus areas IT Service management and the ITSM tool ServiceNow.
